  •  Free baseball games at the Historic Doubleday Field. Games are scheduled all day long , Spring - Fall.
     
  • Doubleday Batting Range, located in the Doubleday Field Parking Lot. 10 swings for $2.25 and 5 pitches for $2.00. Many arcades and video games available. Check first - prices may change
  • Local trolley ($3.00 adults, $1.00 kids under 12 - fare is good for the day) Check first - prices may change
     
  • Local Art Galleries - Cooperstown Art Association, Main Street., Smithy-Pioneer Gallery, Pioneer Street; Leatherstocking Brush and Palette Club, Pioneer Street
     
  • Farmers' Market in Pioneer Alley behind Key Bank, Saturdays during the summer and early fall.
     
  • Wednesday Night's Cooperstown Community Band Concert plays at the Otesaga Hotel, Lake Street, 8:30pm - 9:30pm July and August Admission is free
     
  • Goodyear Swamp Sanctuary (Behind the Opera House on Rte 80) Also close to cottages available from the Hotel Pratt

  • Swimming at: Three Mile Point (St Hwy 80-W Lake Road) - $5.00 per person;
    Fairy Springs (Rte 31, E Lake Road) - $5.00 per person;

  • Rent a fishing pole for $10.00, a kayak or canoe for $20.00 at Sam Smiths Boatyard 607-547-2543. Check first - prices may change
     
  • The Fly Creek Cider Mill, Rte 28N to the flashing light in Fly Creek turn right follow signs. Open June - December 9:00am - 6:00pm daily. Admission is free
     
  • Oneonta Tigers Minor League Games - Adults $4.00, Children $3.00. Check first - price may change
     
  • Clark Sports Center. Olympic swimming pool, running track, racquet ball and basketball courts, climbing walls, bowling alleys. Children under 18 must have waiver slip signed by a parent. Day passes. Adults $8.00, Children under 18, $4.00. Check first - price may change
     
  • Locally owned and fenced in Fallow deer on Susquehanna Avenue off route 28S, just before the Clark Sports Center.
     
  • Sharon Springs offers free Concerts in the Park.
